Max's sister is in town for a few days, and we love having her around. You only have one more distillery to check off your list - then you'll have covered them all in Ireland (pretty sure) - and you'll have surpassed me. It's the Cooley (sp) distillery in County Meath . . . or West Meath, can't remember which. If you make it, let me know what you think.
Italy has been great - looking forward to saying hello again on Thursday!
